Terms & Conditions for Waxing Services

1. Introduction Welcome to Waxing @ Forbes No.2. By booking and receiving waxing services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • All services are by appointment only.

  • Appointments must be booked through phone, website, or direct message.

  • A deposit may be required for certain treatments.

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in cancellation or a shortened session.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Eligibility & Health Conditions

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent for services.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues before treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if waxing is deemed unsafe for the client.

5. Intimate Waxing Policy

  • Personal hygiene is required before intimate waxing services.

  • Clients must follow pre- and post-waxing care instructions provided.

  • We maintain a professional and respectful environment—any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of service.

6. Liability & Waiver

  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatments, clients assume all responsibility for any adverse reactions.

  • We are not liable for irritation, burns, or other reactions that may occur post-waxing.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept card and cash.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we may offer corrections if issues are reported within 12 hours.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
